Oliverio & Partners Assists Argo Renewables in the Sale of 17 MW Photovoltaic Portfolio in Northern Italy
Oliverio & Partners provided legal assistance to Argo Renewables, part of the Milanese Argo Group, in the sale of a greenfield photovoltaic portfolio with a nominal capacity of 17 MW to an international investor based in Zurich. This transaction marks another success in the renewable energy sector, further solidifying Argo Renewables’ leadership in the development of innovative and sustainable projects.
